It
was a great pleasure to be a part of an evening honoring a 80th birthday.
Family traveled from afar to join in on the festivities and a wonderful
time was had by all! Getting to know the family members and hearing
their fond memories of their mom and grandmother made the event all
the more special to me.

Classic
cars, especially those from the 1920's and 1930's, are one of my very
favorite things, so when I had the opportunity to photograph the Reno
Classic Car Show in South Lake Tahoe, California, I jumped at the chance!

On
a trip to San Francisco, we had "double the fun" when we were
not only able to see many of the notable sights, like Ghiradelli Square,
Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, the historic ships docked at Hyde
St. pier, but were able to have "front row seats" to view
the Blue Angels fleet performances. What a day!

Capturing
a "wedding story," one frame at a time, is a truly memorable
experience. To be able to chronicle the myriad of moments throughout
such a special day that I could present to the couple as a keepsake
is very rewarding.

I
love photographing children, and had a wonderful time at Harvest Festival,
an event sponsored by Felton
Bible Church, Felton, CA . This local church is very family-oriented
and offers great outreach opportunities to the community. Children arrived
donned in imaginative costumes, ready to play assorted games and enjoy
the yummy goodies! A wonderful time was had by all......

The
Pottery Lady, as she is appropriately called, is a phenomenal woman
who shares her Christian faith via the medium of pottery. She builds
a vessel, from start to finish, in the midst of telling "parables"
which connect the process of creating a piece of pottery to the process
of God molding and shaping us into His image. I felt honored to be able
to not only capture her process in a series of images, but to glean
deep truths from her retreat presentation.
